Clear instructions showed me how to seperated the perforated triangles and roll them up. (I ignored these - if you've seen a croissant before, you sort of get the system.)

Only after having preheated and shoved the rather slimlooking croissants into said oven did I have a proper look at the instructions and saw that I should/could have cut a little slit in the triangles for added effect. I wonder why this feature wasn't incorporated in the dough-triangles themselves, while not selfexplanatory, they would have made me look at the instructions.
