World renowned designers Ray and Charles Eames made a bunch of movies that researched different subjects, one of them was on bread and showed a very detailed process - if I remember correctly, from the field to the eating. Per instinct, I had picked up one of these cardboard tins that, in my childhood, were known by their German name "Knack und Back" when out shopping for eye pleasing packaging (anotherr story).

Initially I just wanted to try them out, to see if something I found good then, was still the mouthwatering experience I remembered, but the Eames sprung to mind and I figured this would be a nice little stupid research project.

The "tin" is clearly marked and the point is that you simply press the sides of the tin, a weakened line diagonally along the tin will then break and you can remove the dough.
