Ussel Mammon

Working on this project on money and several interesting twists reveal themselves to me, by accident I stumbled across a paper that doesn't take the ink so well, leaving you with stained fingers, which turns out to be another perfect twist, then I go to the British Museum to check out the exhibition accompanying A History of the World in 100 Objects and happen upon a shop in Great Russel Street that sells bank notes and coins - I've always been aware of this shop, but never interested, but I pick up their catalogue and now I know about Test Money and strange regional currencies, I know the aesthetics of coin photography and and I know about strange German Notgeld. Funny how accidents and random events always help out on design projects, but then - as the saying goes: The harder you work, the more accident prone you become.
