Ussel Mammon

Working on this project on money and several interesting twists reveal themselves to me, by accident I stumbled across a paper that doesn't take the ink so well, leaving you with stained fingers, which turns out to be another perfect twist, then I go to the British Museum to check out the exhibition accompanying A History of the World in 100 Objects and happen upon a shop in Great Russel Street that sells bank notes and coins - I've always been aware of this shop, but never interested, but I pick up their catalogue and now I know about Test Money and strange regional currencies, I know the aesthetics of coin photography and and I know about strange German Notgeld. Funny how accidents and random events always help out on design projects, but then - as the saying goes: The harder you work, the more accident prone you become.

Concepts we like:
The wine bar in Berlin where you become a member, get a glass and pay whatever you feel is reasonable

The biscuits from Sweden that had a recipe on the side teaching you how to bake them rather than buying them

The café in Greenwich where you can decorated your own crockery.

Refills

The disloyalty coffee card in East London

"A history of the World in 100 objects" that links a museum to a radio show
